Kelsey Ruffing Counseling is a private practice that believes in health and healing through the mind-body connection. We believe in the power of empathy, compassion, and understanding. We are looking to expand the practice to fit the needs of couples, children/adolescents, and families. Clinicians with these specialties and those with unique training in personality disorders, eating disorders, and neurocognitive disorders are welcome to apply!
KRC is also looking to expand the practice to include massage therapists, acupuncturists, and reiki specialists. Office space is available weekdays and weekends with flexibility.

Clinician Criteria:
-LPC/LCPC
-Must be licensed in IL with at least 1 year experience
-W2 position
- Willing to work some weeknights/weekend days
-Virtual or in-person therapy (flexible)
-Supervision is offered as well as professional development opportunities
- Hourly pay $40-75/hr based on experience
