“I created this practice in order to help people realize they can take their most challenging moments and transform them into strengths”
KRC was created because Kelsey saw a great need for counseling services that were specifically tailored towards helping individuals with chronic health conditions, as well as athletes dealing with sport injury. Kelsey’s clinical experience in health and sport psychology and her own personal experiences with athletic injury have fueled a passion for helping individuals thrive despite their physical circumstances.
Kelsey utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting and other mind-body modalities with individuals ages 15 and older who experience anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, sport injury, stress, stage of life issues, adjustment issues, and individuals looking to elevate their careers and personal lives.
